Shipping & Returns Policy

We ship orders within 3–5 business days from payment approval.

Delivery time depends on the shipping company and may take 2–10 business days (domestic and international).

Product Warranty

We strive to provide high-quality products in perfect condition. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

Warranty applies only to reasonable use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, improper washing, or failure to follow care instructions (if provided).

No warranty is provided for damage that occurs after initial use, unless proven to be a manufacturing defect.

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition.

In case of a return, 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded.

Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
